Engagements & pricing
What does AI Accelerate Pro actually build?+
Production AI infrastructure — voice agents, intake systems, CRMs, multi-channel acquisition engines, and custom platforms. We do not sell software licenses or dashboards. We design, build, and operate the system end-to-end.
What does it cost?+
Engagements range from $3,500 (Voice Agent Pilot, voice intake only) to $95,000+ (Custom Engineering, bespoke proprietary systems). Each tier has a fixed setup fee plus a transparent monthly. See the pricing page for the full ladder, what is included at each tier, and the explicit Foundation vs. Acquisition Engine comparison.
How long does a build take?+
Voice Agent Pilot is live in 7 business days. Foundation is a 3-week productized build. Acquisition Engine is a 90-day full custom system with structured discovery + iteration. Revenue Superhuman and Custom Engineering are scoped per engagement.
Do you guarantee results?+
We guarantee what we control: the system delivered to spec, on time, operating to the SLA in your contract. Outcome metrics (leads captured, calls handled, conversion lift) depend on your traffic and business — we share before/after measurement frameworks during the build so the impact is visible.
What is the difference between Foundation and Acquisition Engine?+
Foundation is a productized bundle — templated 5-page website + voice agent + SMS lead capture, 3-week build, designed for speed and clarity. Acquisition Engine is fully custom — designed-from-scratch website, lead qualification agent, database reactivation, full email + SMS orchestration, native CRM integrations, 90-day discovery + iteration. Same building blocks, very different scope and depth. The pricing page has a head-to-head comparison.
Are there add-ons or extras after the setup fee?+
Setup fees are scoped against a defined deliverable list. Common add-ons (additional CRM integrations beyond the included one, custom workflows beyond initial scope, multi-language voice, voice cloning) are priced and disclosed during the scoping call — never invoiced as surprises.
Is there a payment plan?+
Yes — Acquisition Engine setup ($24,500) can be split into a deposit plus 6 monthly payments. Revenue Superhuman and Custom Engineering payment plans are scoped per engagement. Foundation is a 12-month minimum on the recurring; setup is paid at signing.
Operations & support
What does the monthly fee cover?+
Monthly fees fund the operations layer — system monitoring, prompt tuning, knowledge base maintenance, integration upkeep, and the support SLA for your tier. They are not subscription fees for a tool you log into; they fund the human and engineering work that keeps the system running and improving.
What is your SLA?+
99.9% uptime on Voice Agent Pilot and above, with defined service credits when missed. Response time SLOs scale with tier — P1 (system down or critical issue) within 1 hour, P2 (degraded functionality) within 4 business hours, P3 (general request) within 1 business day.
What if my CRM or website is broken — can you still build for me?+
Yes. Foundation includes a templated website if you do not have one. Acquisition Engine includes a fully custom website. For voice-only (Voice Agent Pilot) we plug into your existing website. CRM-wise, we build to the CRM you use — or set one up if you do not have one.
Do you work with my industry?+
AAP has shipped production systems across legal, real estate, financial services, health and wellness, and trades verticals. Each engagement is scoped against your business model — we have not yet declined an industry, but if your workflow is unusual we will flag it during the discovery call.
Data, IP, and trust
Do you train AI models on my data?+
No. Your call transcripts, leads, customer records, and operational data are never used to train AI models — not by AAP, not by any third party we integrate with. No perpetual royalty-free license buried in our terms. Your data is yours.
Who owns the prompts, agent config, and code at the end?+
You do. AAP delivers a portable handoff package on cancellation: system prompts, knowledge base export, integration config docs, voice persona settings, and 90 days of call data. You can self-host, port to another vendor, or stop using — your choice.
Where is my data stored?+
US-based hosting. AAP infrastructure runs on US data centers. We do not transfer client data to offshore environments. Specific storage providers and configurations are disclosed during the scoping call and in your contract.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Voice Agent Pilot, Acquisition Engine, and Revenue Superhuman: month-to-month after the initial setup period, with 30-day written notice. Foundation has a 12-month minimum (justified by the scope of the setup deliverable). No early-termination fees. Custom Engineering cancellation is contract-specific.
Process
What happens after I run the free audit?+
You see a scored AI Operations Audit for your URL on-screen immediately. You can unlock the full written brief (delivered by email) by sharing your contact details. From there, the next step is a scoped Assessment call to map the audit findings to a specific AAP tier and a tailored implementation plan.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting AAP?+
No. Most engagements start with a clear pain (missed leads, slow follow-up, overwhelmed phones) and unclear scope. Discovery is part of every engagement — we map your current operating state, identify the highest-ROI fix, and scope a build against it.
Where is AAP based?+
Austin, Texas. AAP serves clients across the United States and internationally; all delivery is US-based.
